Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the GST365 website and software provided by IDT LAWS PRACTICE LLP. By using the service you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.

1. The service, software, not legal advice

GST365 is software that prepares diagnostics, research and first drafts of replies as working papers for professional review. It is not legal or tax advice and is not a substitute for a qualified Chartered Accountant or advocate. Using the software does not create an advocate–client relationship with IDT LAWS PRACTICE LLP; legal advisory, where you need it, is engaged separately and directly with the practice.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be authorised to act for the businesses whose data you process, and be able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

  • Use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms.
  • Do not upload data you are not authorised to process, or misuse the service to mislead a tax authority.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform.

4. Your review obligation

You remain responsible for what you sign and submit. Every diagnostic, computation and draft the software produces is a working paper: it must be reviewed and approved by you (or your professional) before it is relied upon or submitted. We are not responsible for submissions you make.

5. Fees, taxes & subscriptions

Commercials are agreed per engagement and recorded in the engagement letter or order form, which prevails over this summary. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) unless stated otherwise. Cancellation and renewal terms are set out in the same engagement documents.

6. Intellectual property

We own the software and its content, and GST365 together with its logo and brand marks are the property of IDT LAWS PRACTICE LLP. You retain ownership of the data you upload and grant us the limited licence needed to provide the service. Third-party names referenced on the site belong to their respective owners.

7. Warranties & liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss; our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded under law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction, subject to any applicable consumer-protection rights you have where you reside.

9. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions? Write to hello@gst365.in.
